"Finding an enjoyable way to be fit, flexible and taking care of yourself as you pass the 60th decade can be a challenge. Especially if you have to stop the sports, hobbies and activities that used to keep you well. With hip & knee replacements and arthritis I began to lose my flexibility, balance and core strength. Gyms were not my thing and I wanted a little social for motivation & support.
My search led me to Shannon’s yoga class thanks to a friend who had been going with great enthusiasm for some time. I knew nothing about yoga.
