Enter the Redeember Hall carpark via Annand st (opposite Aurora training). There is ample parking on the grounds for our students. Please use the yellow lined carparks or the grass close to the church. The white lined parks are leased out and are not for our use. Thank you

Your yoga mat (we have some to lend to get you started or for trials)
Yoga bolster (we have some to lend and also for purchase)
A small cushion
A small blanket
An eye cover is a great idea too

Please turn your phone off or on silent before entering the hall
Please leave your gear and shoes on the seats around the edge of hall
Please make us aware of injuries and illnesses so we can adjust our teaching accordingly.
